Acceptable Use Policy
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs your use of the Carbynix Services. By using the Services you agree to it. We may update it; the current version applies.
You will not
- Use the Services in violation of any law or regulation, or to infringe anyone's rights.
- Use the Services to monitor systems, networks, or data you are not authorized to monitor. You are responsible for having the authority and any required notices or consents.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services, other customers' environments or data, or any Carbynix system, or attempt to defeat tenant isolation or any security control.
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services, including by overloading, probing, or scanning the Services except as expressly authorized in writing.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code of the Services, except to the extent that restriction is prohibited by law.
- Resell, sublicense, or provide the Services to third parties except as your Order permits.
- Upload malware to the Services other than within a controlled, authorized feature, or use the Services to develop or distribute malware or to attack others.
- Use the Services to store or transmit material that is unlawful, or for which you lack the rights.
Security research
Any security testing of the Services requires prior written authorization from Carbynix. If you believe you have found a security vulnerability, please report it to support@carbynix.com; we appreciate coordinated disclosure and will work with you on a fix.
Consequences
We may investigate suspected violations and may suspend or limit the Services to address an active threat, a legal requirement, or a material AUP violation, with notice where practicable. Repeated or serious violations may lead to termination under the Agreement.
